The house is available from April 1st through October 1st 


POLICIES
A three night minimum stay is required

The house has two bedrooms furnished with queen beds and accommodates 4 people. Inflatable mattresses are available for children.

To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Check-in 3:00 P.M. Check Out 12:00 Noon.


PAYMENT
Payment is in US Dollars and can be made by Traveler's Check, Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check, Money Order, Cash.

REFUNDS
Full refund with more than 60 days notice. 50% refund with 31 to 60 days notice. No refund with less than 31 days unless we re-rent the house. If we re-rent the house, regardless of notification period a 100% refund is made.
